A half day at salt cookery school learning about all aspects of pasta from creating your own dough from scratch to filling your own tortellinis and creating a nice simple dish. This course is suitable for all levels from beginners upwards.
Under the guidance of our cookery school leader Brett Connor you will learn how to make a proper pasta dough from scratch and how to turn it into filled pasta such as ravioli or tortellini. You will also learn how to shape and dry some classic pasta shapes.
This cookery course includes
- 9.45am arrival for tea, coffee and sweet treats for 10am start
