Learn how to get the best out of your chicken! we will classically prepare a chicken for Sauté and how to utilise each cut, how to perfectly cook and compliment it with a simple sauce and garnish.   This cookery course includes
  • 9:45 arrival for tea, coffee and sweet treats, for a 10am start
