The details
This November marks the release of number 2 in Paul's "How to cook Properly" series. The past 14 months Paul has been working very hard to write his 3rd cookbook "How to Cook Pasta Properly" the journey has taken him through Rome and Emilia-Romagna whilst also drawing on Paul's 24 years experience as a chef. This experience should last between 2-3 hours, water will be included and other drinks can be purchased on the day.
