The detailsThis cookery course is designed for all levels of home cooks. Join Brett our cookery school leader who will show you proper filleting techniques and how to best use your knives to prepare fresh fish. This cookery course includes
- 9.45am arrival for tea, coffee and sweet treats for 10am start
- Half day learning how to prepare and cook different fish
- A light fish lunch (eat what we cook!)
- Salt tote bag
- Recipe cards
- Finish approximately 2.30pm
