Join us for an exclusive morning of cooking on 22nd December! Sit back and relax whilst Paul and Brett cook a couple of dishes perfect for Christmas lunch, there will be plenty of opportunities to taste, ask loads of questions and take plenty of pictures along the way, all whilst enjoy a beverage and a mince pie! The demonstration will show you, how to break down a pheasant to the crown ready for roasting! A beautiful warm sprout, bacon and chestnut salad and a cranberry ketchup as a great alternative for your Christmas day lunch!   The morning includes
