Join us for an intimate and exclusive tasting menu in our private chefs table with Michelin stared chef Adam Smith. Michelin star chef Adam, previous winner of The Roux Scholarship, is the Executive chef of Dorchester collections beautiful Coworth Park, and leads the restaurant Woven by Adam Smith. Adam is a classically trained and technically gifted chef having spent many years training at The Ritz hotel in London. The evening will be a collaboration menu with Paul and the salt team. This is a rare and exclusive event so unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dietary requirements. The fee covers the tasting menu and arrival champagne (or non alcoholic alternative). Not available for gift vouchers 6.30pm arrival for 7.00 pm start, this will be a communal table served at the same time so we can not hold off for late comers. If the event is cancelled we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund, only a new date.
