Tucked away from bustling Church street in the historic Stratford-upon-Avon, South Warwickshire, Salt Cookery School is sat directly above our Michelin star restaurant. Cookery school leader Brett Connor delivers a warm welcome and hands on experience. He brings with him a wealth of experience from highly rated Michelin star and AA rosette restaurants and hotels. We will be delivering a wide range of courses from bread, pasta and pastries to dinner parties and perfect Christmas dinners. We are very easy to get to, sitting in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon and very close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our cookery school is also available as a chefs table where our chefs will cook our michelin star food in front of your eyes. We will also be hosting guest chef events where we invite some of the best chefs in the country to come and cook their menu in our cookery school.
We chose to partner with Miele when creating our cookery school as their brand value fit ours. Miele are the leading kitchen appliance provider, the products are designed to last, and tested to the equivalent of 20 years use. In our cookery school we showcase the Miele Generation 7 Steam ovens, the full surface intelligent pan recognition induction hobs, the Generation 7 state of the art Miele Dialog oven along with some other great products such as the automatic dispensing dishwasher, Miele fridges, Miele warming drawer, extraction unit and coffee machine.
